Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout.

Assembly and use

We sell cardio and strength equipment ready for home or light commercial use; most large machines require some assembly (bolting on a frame, fitting a console) following the enclosed manual. Load ratings and motor duty-cycle figures on a listing are the manufacturer's rated figures and assume normal domestic use, not continuous commercial operation unless stated. Always check the enclosed safety instructions before first use, especially for a power rack or Smith machine.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

French law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.

Dispute resolution

Consumers may refer a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge under Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Code de la consommation.
