Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation). A clear statement to info@coralinora.com is sufficient.

Goods must be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning a large machine is borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we arrange and pay for the collection.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and issue the refund to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

Statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies for 24 months from delivery (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation), alongside the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Wear parts — belts, grips, resistance mechanisms — are consumables and wear out with use; they are stocked as spares rather than covered as defects.
