We ship across France and the rest of Europe. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Heavy goods

Rowers, treadmills, racks and multi-gyms travel on a pallet. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the nearest accessible hard standing, not into the finished position in your home gym. If access is tight — stairs, a narrow doorway — tell us before ordering so we can say what's realistic.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within France and 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead to agree a delivery window; allow 5–12 business days.

Damage in transit

Check the pallet wrap before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork, and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
